Workpackage 1: Project management
Objectives:
Management of the ANDANTE consortium, and the legal, financial and administrative aspects of the project. This includes taking responsibility for:
- Implementation of the consortium agreement.
- Organisation of project management meetings
- Monitoring the project progress
- Subcontract the website
- Facilitation and coordination of information exchange on managerial, IPR and ethical aspects
- Submission of periodic and final reports for the Commission.
- Gender action plan
- Administration of flexibility fund
